In a picturesque medieval village in the heart of Tuscany, grandparents Giovan Piero and Emma Ducci opened a shop which, over time, transformed into a prestigious perfumery. The recipe book that the grandfather had written after his experience as a pharmacist, creating fragrances and ointments, is still preserved today. In the early 1960s, the activity was continued by their daughter Irma, who transformed the original shop into an elegant and prestigious store.
Silvia, creator and composer of signature perfumes for Giardini di Toscana, was born in this environment. Her line is conceived as an ancient and innovative art, using the most sought-after raw materials, treated with ancient and fascinating techniques.
